1. Shipping Destinations

We offer shipping to addresses within Australia and select international destinations. Available shipping destinations are displayed during the checkout process. If your location is not listed, please contact us at hi@soothiebottle.com to inquire about shipping availability.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • All shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) for Australian deliveries, where applicable.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available) once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Australia (Domestic):

    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (available for select locations).

  • International:

    • Standard International Shipping: 7-20 business days, depending on the destination.

    • Express International Shipping: 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.

These are estimates only and do not include processing time. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, or public holidays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or external factors.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted third-party couriers (e.g., Australia Post, DHL, FedEx) to deliver your order. The specific carrier and tracking availability will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email. Not all shipping methods are available for all destinations.

6. Order Tracking

  • For orders with tracking, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • You can track your order using the provided link or by visiting the courier’s website.

  • Some international shipments may have limited tracking outside Australia.

7. Delivery Issues

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or if the package is refused or unclaimed, we will:

  • Attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.

  • Refund the order (excluding shipping costs) if it is returned to us, or reship the order at your expense if requested.

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your shipping address at checkout.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Contact us at hi@soothiebottle.com within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date.

  • Provide your order number and tracking details (if available).

  • We will investigate with the courier and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@soothiebottle.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item/packaging.

  • We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy and ACL obligations.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address or when the package is handed to the courier for international orders. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by third-party couriers after dispatch, but we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

9. International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

  • Some countries may have restrictions on importing certain products (e.g., baby bottles). It is your responsibility to verify compliance before ordering.

10. Consumer Guarantees
