At Soothie Bottle, we aim to provide reliable and transparent shipping for all customers. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing and delivery timeframes for both pre-orders and in-stock products.
Pre-Orders
Due to overwhelming demand, some Soothie™ products may be offered on a pre-order basis.
Estimated time frames for pre-orders:
- Manufacturing: 3 business days
- Processing & Quality Checks: 3–5 business days
- Shipping: 20–35 business days
Estimated total delivery timeframe:
Approximately 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Please note that pre-order delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, customs clearance, courier delays or factors outside our control.
Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched.
In-Stock Orders
Products held in our Sydney warehouse are typically:
- Processed within 24 business hours
- Dispatched within 1 business day
- Delivered within 3–8 business days Australia-wide
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Any applicable shipping promotions will be displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
Incorrect Shipping Details

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
