Hi, I’m Mikkey — the founder of Soothie, and the very concerned gentleman behind the brand.
Growing up as the only man in a house full of women, I watched my mum and sisters deal with pain and discomfort often. I always wanted to help, but most of the time, I felt helpless.
That feeling is what inspired Soothie.
I wanted to create a simpler, softer, more modern way to experience comforting heat therapy — without boiling water, refilling bottles, or using the microwave.
And that is exactly what I did!

How does Soothie™ work?
Place bottle on level surface and connect the charger. Your Soothie™ bottle will heat to 70°C in approximately 8–12 minutes. The LED indicator light will turn off once heated, unplug and enjoy long-lasting cordless warmth wherever you need comfort most.
How long does the heat last?
Depending on your environment and usage, Soothie™ can provide comforting warmth for up to 7 hours. Most customers enjoy several hours of consistent warmth from a single heating cycle.

Is Soothie™ safe to use?
Yes. Soothie™ features a sealed, rechargeable design and is manufactured to meet applicable safety standards. Always follow the included instructions and disconnect the charger before use.
Can it leak?
Soothie™ is designed with a secure sealed construction to help prevent leaks during normal use. As with any heated product, it should be used and stored according to the care instructions provided.
What can I use Soothie™ for?
Soothie™ is designed to provide comforting warmth for everyday discomfort and relaxation. Customers commonly use it during period discomfort, endometriosis flare-ups, PCOS discomfort, lower back tension, muscle soreness, recovery days and bedtime routines.
What is the Body Strap size?
One size fits most.
Designed to comfortably fit Australian women’s sizes XS–XL, with an adjustable stretch fit suitable for waist sizes approximately 60cm–120cm.
Can I wash my Soothie™ Bottle, Protective Cover, and Body Strap?
The Bottle can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild detergent, but not submerged or machine-washed. The Protective Cover and Body Strap washability depends on it's material—check the product specifications for more info.
Does Soothie™ come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Soothie™ is backed by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials, heating components and workmanship, giving you complete peace of mind.
When will my pre-order arrive?
Due to overwhelming demand, Soothie™ is currently available on pre-order. Orders are expected to arrive within approximately 6 weeks from the date of purchase. Tracking and weekly email updates provided.
