How to Measure
- Grab a soft tape measure. No tape measure? A piece of string works too — just measure the string against a ruler after.
- Wrap it around where you'll wear the strap —
most people sit it low, around the hips or lower back, rather than at the natural waist. - Keep it snug, not tight. You should be able to slide one finger comfortably underneath.
- Check your number against the size guide above. Between sizes? We'd suggest sizing up for the comfiest, most secure fit.
To keep your Soothie™ Bottle performing at its best:
- Always unplug before use.
- Charge only on a flat and stable surface.
- Remove the charger before placing the bottle against your body.
- Hand wash or machine wash the Protective Pouch on a gentle cycle.
- Do not immerse the Rechargeable Hot Water Bottle in water.
- Allow the Soothie Bottle to cool before storing.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Do not overcharge or leave plugged in overnight.
- If the Soothie Bottle becomes damaged or shows signs of leaking, discontinue use immediately.

Hi, I’m Mikkey — the founder of Soothie, and the very concerned gentleman behind the brand.
Growing up as the only young man in the house, I watched my mum and sisters deal with pain and discomfort often. I always wanted to help, but most of the time, I felt helpless.
That feeling is what inspired Soothie.
I wanted to create a simpler, softer, more modern way to experience comforting heat therapy — without boiling water, refilling bottles, or using the microwave.

When will my order ship?
Soothie is currently available for pre-order. Orders are expected to ship in 7 - 14 business days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order has been dispatched.
How long does the heat last?
Soothies' heat retention allows for up to 7 hours of comforting warmth (depending on ambient temperature).
How long does it take to charge?
Soothie takes 8 - 12 minutes to heat to 70°C. The red LED indicator on the charger turns off when it's ready — simple as that.
Depending on ambient temperature charge can take 12 minutes.
Does the charger turn off by itself?
Yes. The charger includes an overheat protection mechanism that automatically stops heating once the bottle reaches its set temperature.
Is it safe to sleep with?
Yes, when used with the Comfort Pouch. We do not recommend placing the Soothie Bottle directly against bare skin for extended periods.

What size is the Body Strap? Will it fit me?
XS - XL: Our standard Soothie Body Strap runs 120cm and comfortably covers AU Women's sizes 6–16.

Can I wear it while I move around?

What's in the bottle? Is it just water?
Yes — it comes pre-filled with pure H20, completely sealed and secured. You never need to open, refill, or interact with the water inside.
Is the Soothie Bottle certified to Australian safety standards?
Yes. Soothie is certified to AS/NZS 60335.2.81:2015 and AS/NZS 60335.1:2020, as well as international standard GMA-515262-EA. It's built to meet the highest safety benchmarks in Australia.
