Period days are hard enough. Your heat therapy shouldn’t be.

I know it sounds like such a small thing but when I’m already curled up on the couch, the LAST thing I want to do is get up, boil the kettle and refill a hot water bottle again. With this I just plug it in, wait for it to heat and that’s it. No water everywhere, no kettle, no stuffing around. Honestly didn’t realise how annoying my old one was until I stopped using it.

I’ve always used heat pads and they’re great for about 2 hours then have to charge again. Last night I used my Soothie and I remember checking it ages later and thinking, wait, this is STILL warm?? Now I can actually get comfortable & forget about it.

Wasn’t even the reason I bought it, but the strap ended up being my favourite part. I wear mine around my lower stomach and I can actually get up and walk around instead of doing that awkward thing where you’re trying to hold a heat pack against yourself with one hand. Laptop. Tea. Phone. Both hands back 😂 Very simple idea but it makes a massive difference.

I kept seeing Soothie and honestly thought it might just be a fancy hot water bottle but the biggest difference for me is convenience. I use it mostly when I’m working from home because I can put the strap on and keep going with what I’m doing. Didn’t expect to use it as often as I do.

My old routine was basically heat pack, couch, heat pack goes cold, get annoyed, reheat it, repeat! Soothie has been much easier. I’ll put it on while I’m getting ready, working around the house or sitting at my desk. The fact that I don’t have to physically hold it there is probably what I love most. It just fits into my day better.

I’d gotten to the point where I was taking painkillers every time my period came. Half the time they didn’t do much and would make me feel sick. Soothie I can heat up, strap around my stomach and leave it there while I’m doing other things. Now it’s usually the first thing I reach for when I want some warmth. So much less messing around.
