Does the charger turn off by itself?
Yes. The charger includes an overheat protection mechanism that automatically stops heating once the bottle reaches its set temperature.
Is it safe to sleep with?
Yes, when used with the provided Body Strap or Pouch. We recommend not placing the bottle directly against bare skin for extended periods. Always follow the safety instructions included.
What size is the Body Strap? Will it fit me?
The strap is 120cm and adjusts to fit AU women's sizes XS–XL (sizes 6–16). It sits comfortably on your tummy, lower back, or hips.
