How to Measure
- Grab a soft tape measure. No tape measure? A piece of string works too — just measure the string against a ruler after.
- Wrap it around where you'll wear the strap —
most people sit it low, around the hips or lower back, rather than at the natural waist. - Keep it snug, not tight. You should be able to slide one finger comfortably underneath.
- Check your number against the size guide above. Between sizes? We'd suggest sizing up for the comfiest, most secure fit.
To keep your Soothie™ Bottle performing at its best:
- Always unplug before use.
- Charge only on a flat and stable surface.
- Remove the charger before placing the bottle against your body.
- Hand wash or machine wash the Comfort Pouch on a gentle cycle.
- Do not immerse the Rechargeable Hot Water Bottle in water.
- Allow the Soothie Bottle to cool before storing.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Do not overcharge or leave plugged in overnight.
- If the Soothie Bottle becomes damaged or shows signs of leaking, discontinue use immediately.
With proper care, your Soothie™ Bottle is designed to provide years of reliable comfort and warmth.
The Soothie™ bottle is tested and certified to meet Australian safety standards AS/NZS 60335.2.81:2015 and AS/NZS 60335.1:2020.
It supports up to 80kg of static pressure without compromising integrity. The outer material boasts a tear strength exceeding 12.5N, ensuring no leaks under normal use.

AMAZING!!
I already owned inexpensive hot water bottles, so I wondered whether I really needed something different. What made it worthwhile for me was how often I actually use it because it’s so much more convenient. Mine was ready in 10 minutes and lasted a full 7 hours. Absolute heaven!!!

I use it while working from home.
Working from home has been a blessing as i struggle from endo but having to always get up to boil the kettle and refill my bottle is always challenge. After receiving Soothie my entire daily routine has improved 1000% and is so much more comfortable! Thank you very much xx

Exactly what I wanted for cramp days.
On the days when I just want continuous warmth around my stomach, this has become one of the first things I reach for. Being able to wear it instead of balancing something on my lap makes a huge difference.

Life Changing!
One of the best things I’ve bought for my self-care routine. Unlike a regular hot water bottle that constantly shifts around or keeps you stuck in one position, the soft wearable strap holds the heat comfortably against my stomach while I move around.

Worth every cent i spent on it
I love the built-in hand pockets—they make the whole thing feel even more cosy. It heats up really well, stays warm for hours, and has made those rough cramp days much easier to manage. Instead of spending the day curled up in bed, I can actually get on with what I need to do while still getting the warmth and comfort I want.

So much more convenient than a hot water bottle.
I have struggled with chronic body pain for years and always reached for a standard hot water bottle and wheat bag. I was constantly asking my partner to heat things up for me because the warmth would onlt last an hour or so. This is much easier. I can put it on, get comfortable, and continue with whatever I’m doing without constantly reheating.

Created by a Son, Brother & Friend
Hi, I'm Mikkey, the founder of Soothie.
Growing up as the only young man in the house, I watched the women I love deal with pain and discomfort often. I always wanted to help, but most of the time, I felt helpless.
That feeling is what sparked Soothie.
I wanted to create a hassle-free, long-lasting, and comfortable way to experience therapeutic heat — without constantly refilling bottles or reheating wheat bags.
And that is exactly what I did!
