The Soothie Protective Pouch is a soft, removable cover designed specifically for the Soothie Rechargeable Hot Water Bottle.
It creates a comfortable outer layer around your bottle and can be purchased as a replacement or spare for your existing Soothie setup.
What is the Protective Pouch made from?
The pouch features a soft flannel exterior with a cosy sherpa-fleece lining, designed to feel soft and comfortable during everyday use.
Both materials also help create a gentle layer between your skin and the heated Soothie Bottle.
Is the Protective Pouch machine washable?
Yes. The Protective Pouch is removable and machine washable.
Remove the Soothie Bottle completely before washing the pouch.
For best results:
- Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle
- Wash with similar colours
- Use mild detergent
- Close any fastenings before washing
- Allow the pouch to dry completely before using it again
Always follow the care label supplied with your pouch.
Is the Soothie Bottle included?
No. This product includes:
- 1 × Soothie™ Protective Pouch
The Soothie Bottle, charger, Body Strap and Extension Strap are sold separately unless clearly stated as part of a bundle.
Will it fit my Soothie Bottle?
Yes. The Protective Pouch is designed specifically for the compatible Soothie Rechargeable Hot Water Bottle.
Compatibility with traditional hot water bottles or third-party rechargeable products cannot be guaranteed.
Can I use it with the Soothie Body Strap?
Yes. The Protective Pouch is designed to work with the compatible Soothie Body Strap.
Place the Soothie Bottle securely inside the pouch before positioning it within the Body Strap.
Always make sure the bottle is completely disconnected from the charger before use.
Why would I need an additional pouch?
An additional pouch is useful when you want:
- A replacement for a worn or damaged pouch
- A fresh spare while another pouch is being washed
- A second colour or style
- An extra pouch for travel
- A more complete Soothie gift or accessory set
Having a spare means your Soothie routine does not need to stop on washing day.
Does the pouch protect against heat?
The pouch creates a soft fabric layer between your body and the Soothie Bottle.
It should not be described as heat proof or burn-proof. Always follow the approved Soothie usage instructions, check the temperature before prolonged contact and discontinue use if the warmth feels uncomfortable.
Can I use Soothie without the Protective Pouch?
Use your Soothie Bottle only according to its approved safety and operating instructions.
For the intended comfort experience, place the bottle securely inside its compatible Protective Pouch or Body Strap before use.
Is the Protective Pouch covered by a warranty?
Yes. The Soothie Protective Pouch is covered by a 12-month warranty against eligible manufacturing faults.
The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect washing or failure to follow the supplied care instructions.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law also continue to apply.
How should I store it?
Make sure the pouch is completely clean and dry before storing it.
Store it in a cool, dry place away from moisture, direct heat, sharp objects and anything that may damage the fabric.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free within Australia.
There is no minimum order requirement for free standard delivery unless otherwise displayed at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated standard delivery is 3–7 business days.
Delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched. Regional and remote locations may take longer.
